1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be accepted under the following conditions:

• Service was not activated within the promised time.
• Technical issues could not be resolved by our support team.
• Duplicate payment made by mistake.
• Subscription was not delivered successfully.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

• User device incompatibility.
• Poor internet connection causing buffering.
• Customer changes mind after activation.
• Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• Incorrect information provided by customer.

3. Refund Request Time

All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for refunds.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually processed within 3–7 business days depending on your payment method.

5. Free Trial Recommendation

We strongly recommend testing our service through a free or low-cost trial before purchasing long-term subscriptions.
